Terrible customer service I asked for Taylor Swift, popcorn, and the girl just looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about like are you kidding me and when I asked for a free poster, they really did a number on me looking at me like I was weird I just spent over $100 For my daughter and me and my wife to watch this movie, terrible customer service, and the children you have working at the counter are not customer service friendly I didn’t see nobody Manager

I'm only giving 3 stars because the theater needs improvement and more staff. Me n my husband went tonight to see the Haunted Mansion. 1st off we only seen maybe 4 staff members which all was nice to us with directions and how to find the section that has the movie playing. We seemed lost when finding staff members to ask questions to find where we was going to. 2nd when we do go to the section playing the Haunted Mansion it was dirty and not clean popcorn everywhere and so was napkins everywhere just very dirty and not cleaned I think there isn't enough staff members to clean all the sections in the theater. 3rd the movie was supposed to start at 9:50 it didn't start until 10:08 it didn't start on time and by what little staff members we seen I'm guessing there's not enough staff members to start the movie on time. 4th me n my husband actually walked out of the movie honestly the movie ended up being boring when we left we only seen 2 people left in that section watching the Haunted Mansion. 5th I noticed a movie that we could of seen but didn't notice it till after buying the tickets cause it's not announced on the website with the other movies. We could of seen Meg 2 but where it's not announced on the site we had no idea about it till we was walking to the movie section that we purchased tickets for we still have our tickets proving we was there last night and we walked out. We love going to the theater and having date nights and time to ourselves but all of this kind of ruined it for us. We would like to come back to see Meg 2 but needed to let you know that it needs improvement and more staff members to clean up after each movie so we're not walking through a mess or near a dirty napkin and the movies need to start on time and your site needs updated to show all the movies playing not just some. If we had seen Meg 2 on the site we would of watched it instead of the Haunted Mansion which was boring and due to the movie being late starting and the section being dirty we walked out and feel like we wasted money on the tickets. We would like to come back but the theater needs improvement
